By downloading, installing, or using the Finvinity mobile application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

Finvinity is a personal portfolio tracking application that allows users to:

• Track investments across multiple asset classes (stocks, cryptocurrencies, currencies, mutual funds, gold, etc.)
• View real-time market data and price information
• Calculate portfolio performance and gains/losses
• Access financial news relevant to their holdings
• Export and manage their portfolio data locally

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied.

User Accounts and Data

No Account Required

Finvinity does not require users to create accounts, provide personal information, or register with any service. The app functions entirely without user authentication or identification.

Local Data Storage

All portfolio data, preferences, and user-generated content are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter into the application
• Backing up your data using the app's export features
• Understanding that uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local data
• Ensuring your device security to protect your data

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to take unlawful actions
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the developer, other users, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

Third-Party Data Sources

The app provides market data from third-party sources including Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, Finnhub, and NewsAPI. This data is provided for informational purposes only.

No Investment Advice

Finvinity is a portfolio tracking tool only. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or suggestions. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility. You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tahsin Yiğit Gültekin and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Your Content

Any data you input into the application (portfolio holdings, notes, preferences) remains your property. Since this data is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers, you retain full control and ownership of your content.

• To use automated scripts or bots to interact with the application

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, we encourage users to first contact us at finvinityapp@gmail.com to seek a resolution. We commit to addressing user concerns promptly and fairly.

Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

If you downloaded this app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Finvinity, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to the app

Entire Agreement
